Job summary

Stars and Strikes Family Entertainment Center in Summerville, SC is seeking a Concourse Experience Manager to oversee daily operations of the concourse, including bowling, bar and lane service, and creating a fun, guest-focused atmosphere.

The ideal candidate is energetic, personable, with 1–2 years of management experience, and willing to work weekends and holidays. Hospitality or Food & Beverage background is a plus, with a focus on training and developing team members.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of management experience.
• Friendly, outgoing and professional demeanor.
• Experience in Hospitality and/or Food & Beverage is a preferred.
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays.

Stars and Strikes Family Entertainment Center is seeking a Concourse Experience Manager who is ready to be part of a high-volume, fast-paced Entertainment Center!

The ideal candidate will be an energetic, driven individual with a solid work ethic, positive attitude, and superior guest service skills. As the Concourse Experience Manager, you would be responsible for the overall operations and atmosphere of the concourse.

This position will be directly responsible for meeting and exceeding sales goals, the running of the concourse including bowling and service, creating memorable guest experiences, as well as training and maintaining team members for a variety of positions.
