Job summary

Stars and Strikes Family Entertainment Center is seeking a Concourse Experience Manager to lead daily operations in a fast-paced, guest-centric environment. You will drive guest experiences, supervise team members, manage bowling, bar and lane service, and help ensure a fun, safe atmosphere.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of management experience, a friendly professional demeanor, and a passion for hospitality.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of management experience.
• Hospitality and/or Food & Beverage experience preferred.
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a “FUN” atmosphere and memorable guest experiences.
• Oversee overall floor management including bowling, bar and lane service.
• Identify and resolve issues impacting guest experience.
• Coach and train team members; ensure compliance and training validation.
• Complete timecard reviews and inventory quality checks.
