Job summary

Stars and Strikes Family Entertainment Center is seeking a Concourse Experience Manager to oversee high-volume, fast-paced concourse operations including bowling and service, and to create memorable guest experiences.

The ideal candidate brings 1–2 years of management experience, a friendly and professional demeanor, and a passion for hospitality. Weekend and holiday availability is required, with training and team development as key responsibilities and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must have 1–2 years of management experience.
• Friendly, outgoing and professional demeanor.
• Experience in Hospitality and/or Food & Beverage is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a fun atmosphere for guests.
• Oversee floor operations (bowling, bar and lane service).
• Identify and resolve issues impacting guest experience.
• Provide training and validation of staff performance.
• Act as Manager on Duty when needed and ensure compliance.
