Summit at Snoqualmie is seeking a Guest Services Supervisor to lead the front-line team across base areas, manage shift staffing, coach staff, and resolve guest issues while upholding brand standards. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Guest Services, this role emphasizes calm, professional communication and a strong guest-first attitude.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership or supervisory experience in guest-facing or customer service roles.
• Strong organizational and decision-making abilities in high-pressure environments.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High proficiency with computers, CRM systems, and point-of-sale platforms.
• Experience handling escalated guest concerns with professionalism and tact.
• Detail-oriented with excellent time management and multitasking skills.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily staffing, breaks, and workflow coverage to meet service standards.
• Manage RTP POS system and guest ticket/pass systems across base areas.
• Conduct spot checks to ensure accuracy in ticketing and lost-and-found operations.
• Assist with scheduling, timekeeping, and performance feedback with the Senior Manager.
• Provide hands-on support during peak hours and across base areas as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Lead, mentor, and develop Guest Services Specialists and Leads.
