Qualifikationen

• Prior parking/transport or guest service operations experience.
• Ability to lead a shift with moderate autonomy and without constant supervision.
• Strong verbal communication, including radio communication with staff and supervisors.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions for extended periods.
• Comfortable de-escalating guest concerns calmly and professionally.
• Availability to work varied shifts, including weekends, holidays, and peak periods.

Aufgaben

• Serve as on-site point person for day-of operations in the base area, coordinating staff across parking, enforcement, and shuttle/transportation.
• Open and close lots, lanes, and equipment according to procedures.
• Position and reposition staff as guest volume or conditions change.
• Monitor parking policies and resolve issues without supervisor involvement.
• Troubleshoot equipment, signage, or technology issues and coordinate repairs.
• Complete shift logs and incident reports for the base area.
• Assist with snow removal and traffic redirection to keep the base area safe.
