Job summary

The Summit at Snoqualmie, part of Boyne Resorts, seeks a Guest Services Supervisor to lead the front-line team across base areas. You will own shift staffing, manage workflow, and resolve elevated guest concerns while coaching staff to deliver consistent, brand-aligned service.

This role emphasizes teamwork, safety, and proactive communication with the Senior Manager and other departments to ensure guests leave feeling heard and well-served.

Qualifications

• Proven supervisory experience in a guest-facing or customer service role.
• Strong organizational and decision-making abilities in high-pressure environments.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High proficiency with computers, CRM systems, and point-of-sale platforms.
• Experience handling escalated guest concerns with professionalism and tact.
• Detail-oriented with excellent time management and multitasking skills.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day performance of Guest Services team across base areas.
• Staffing and workflow management for shifts; support during peak periods.
• Handle elevated guest issues with professionalism and tact.
