You will train technicians, manage staff, and optimize daily workflows to speed service and maintain safety. Duties include supervising up to 25 employees, coordinating inventory, and resolving guest questions with a focus on efficiency and safety.

Qualifications

• Directly supervise up to 25 employees in the Rental Shop(s).
• Strong leadership and people-management abilities.
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
• Must be 18 years or older and able to pass binding certifications.
• Experience in ski/snowboard rental operations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily floor operations and supervise rental staff during shifts.
• Assign workstations, tasks, and inventory-related duties.
• Oversee inventory, loss prevention, and accurate reporting.
• Maintain guest flow, resolve escalated concerns, and coordinate with others.
• Coach staff in real-time to ensure safe, high-quality guest experiences.
