Job summary

The Summit at Snoqualmie is seeking a Guest Services Specialist to deliver exceptional guest experiences across in-person, phone, and digital channels. You will greet guests, process transactions, and resolve issues using Salesforce CRM, RTP POS, and other tools.

The role requires strong communication, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to adapt at multiple base areas. Reporting to the Guest Services Manager, you’ll handle emails, chats, and calls, de-escalate when needed, and contribute

Qualifications

• Strong computer, keyboard, and mathematical skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for delivering outstanding guest service.
• Effective conflict resolution and de-escalation skills.
• Strong verbal communication and professional phone etiquette.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Familiarity with CRM or POS systems is a plus.
• Fluency in any language other than English is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greeting and orienting guests across in-person, phone, and digital channels.
• Processing sales and transactions through RTP POS.
• Resolving issues across Salesforce CRM and logging contacts.
• Providing information about tickets, base areas, and season pass options.
• Collaborating with the Ticket Scanning team to troubleshoot RFID access.
• Assisting guests with online purchases and navigation.
• Maintaining a professional appearance and positive engagement.
• Being flexible to work at different base areas.
