Qualifications

• Friendly, outgoing personality and guest-focused service.
• Ability to lift 25 lbs occasionally and 15 lbs constantly.
• Proven ability to supervise and train front porch hosts.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Guest Service Standards across front porch and checkouts.
• Coordinate scheduling with Store Manager to meet service levels.
• Train cashiers and hosts to handle guest needs and calls.
• Handle refunds, loans, pickups, voids, and approvals promptly and professionally.
• Keep front porch and parking lot clean and organized.
• Serve as a positive role model in speech, appearance, and integrity.
• Prepare and manage cash office tasks and reports.
• Monitor cashier performance and conduct audits as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
