The role requires at least two years of supervisory hotel experience, strong interpersonal skills, and proficiency with Outlook, Excel and Word. A 21+ age minimum and professional demeanor are essential; training and advancement opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• 2 years of supervisory experience required.
• Minimum age 21.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, verbal and written.
• Fluent English.
• Hotel experience preferred; detail oriented and organized.
• Proficient with Microsoft Windows apps (Outlook/Excel/Word).

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and oversee front desk operations to ensure superior service.
• Register arriving guests and collect payment information.
• Settle balances and resolve billing discrepancies.
• Respond to guest inquiries about entertainment or attractions.
• Process routine reports and assist in training staff.
• Maintain a safe, clean work environment and assist other departments.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
