Job summary

RadNet, Inc. seeks a Front-of-House Supervisor for ACL Live in Austin, Texas. You will supervise and direct daily front-of-house operations for concerts and events, including ushers, guest services, and ticket scanners, ensuring an exceptional guest experience.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in venue or guest service roles and prior supervisory experience; CPR and crowd management training are required within specified timelines. Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent is required.
• 2+ years venue or guest service experience preferred.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• CPR certification within 90 days of hire is required.
• Crowd management training upon hire is required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct daily front-of-house operations for events.
• Lead ushers, guest service, and ticket scanners.
• Conduct pre-shift meetings; relay event logistics and updates.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization; manage supplies and equipment.
• Assist onboarding and training of new team members.
• Collaborate with other departments to support events.
• Assist in crowd control and evacuation procedures when needed.
• Uphold safety, security policies and brand SOPs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
