Job summary

You will deploy equipment, develop timelines, train staff, and ensure asset readiness while working flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. This position is based at our Austin offices.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of operations experience.
• Ability to travel and work evenings and weekends.
• Must be able to lift up to 100 pounds and handle equipment in various environments.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee onsite client events and festival operations.
• Deploy Front Gate Tickets equipment and services at locations worldwide.
• Establish timelines and equipment needs with managers and clients.
• Create packing lists and manage inventory of festival assets.
