Job summary

Austin-based Elevate Entertainment Group seeks an experienced FOH Supervisor to oversee guest experience, service quality, and venue operations across its entertainment destinations. You will train staff, monitor performance, and maintain standards to ensure a memorable visit.

Responsibilities include supervising shifts, promoting a positive atmosphere, managing cash handling, and coordinating with teams to deliver quality food, beverage, and entertainment experiences.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED Certification.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Minimum of 1 year full-service restaurant supervisory experience preferred.
• Meets Ring Up Program requirements.
• Availability to work during holidays, nights, and weekends with increased hours during peak times.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision during assigned shifts.
• Ensure a positive guest experience and atmosphere for cast members and guests.
• Monitor speed of service to maintain a positive guest experience.
• Supervise daily shifts to maintain standards, product quality, and cleanliness.
• Assist in training of cast members, including new hires and existing staff.
• Assist with cleanliness and organization of the venue.
• Ensure proper cash handling procedures are followed.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
