Job summary

Topgolf is seeking a Front of House Manager in a high-energy, guest‑facing environment. You will coach team members, drive guest satisfaction, and ensure every venue area runs smoothly with openings, closings, and scheduling managed effectively.

You will lead with Topgolf's core values—fun, one team, excellence, courage and caring—while maintaining safety, standards, and a positive, high‑energy workplace during evenings, weekends, and peak seasons.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of restaurant, hotel, or entertainment venue management or supervisory experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to obtain required licenses and certifications for your location.
• Must be 21 years of age or older as required by state or local law.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Guest Experience by setting the daily standard for service and hospitality across the front of house.
• Coach and develop the front of house team, ensuring engagement and accountability.
• Manage operations including openings, closings, shifts, and scheduling.
• Uphold standards and culture by enacting Topgolf core values and safety requirements.
