Qualifications

• 1 year retail and 6 months of leadership experience.
• Strong merchandising knowledge and multi-tasking ability.

Responsibilities

• Promote an excellent customer experience and loyalty programs.
• Lead by example and supervise front-of-store Associates.
• Assign registers, coordinate breaks, and ensure POS coverage.
• Train and mentor Associates on front-end principles.
• Address customer concerns promptly and maintain store cleanliness and safety.
• Communicate priorities to the team and report progress to management.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
