Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in retail, grocery, restaurant, or hospitality operations.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Be the front-end point person for hospitality, guest flow, and cash operations.
• Lead by example to maintain efficiency and front-end displays.
• Maintain cash office controls and audits for accurate cash handling.
• Direct the guest service team to keep front end clean and sanitary.
• Support digital fulfillment orders with speed and accuracy.
• Engage guests with a friendly approach across the store.
• Assist in managing department inventories and reduce product loss.
