Job summary

The Fresh Market is seeking a Guest Service Specialist to be the front-end anchor of our store, delivering hospitality, accuracy, and efficient cash operations. Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in retail, grocery, restaurant, or hospitality operations.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, multitasking, and fast pace.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Educate guests and team members on products, services, and complete meal solutions.
• Manage frontend guest flow and assist cashiers to deliver frictionless checkout experiences.
• Execute and uphold cash office procedures and controls, including cash, keys, and the safe.
• Direct the guest service team to maintain sanitation and cleanliness at front end and restrooms.
• Support execution of digital fulfillment orders with speed and accuracy.
• Engage guests with a friendly, helpful approach store-wide.
• Assist in managing department inventories and team to minimize product loss.
