The Fresh Market is seeking a Guest Service Specialist to lead front-end hospitality, manage guest flow, and ensure accurate cash handling. You will train and guide team members while maintaining store standards and delivering an exceptional guest experience.

This role requires attention to detail, multitasking ability, and a customer-first mindset. Flexible scheduling and a collaborative team environment are offered at The Fresh Market.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in retail, grocery, restaurant, or hospitality operations.
• Strong attention to detail with organizational skills, ability to multitask, and work at a fast pace.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsabilités

• Be a visible example of hospitality and educate guests and team members on products, services, and complete meal solutions.
• Manage frontend guest flow and support cashiers to ensure streamlined checkouts.
• Execute cash office procedures, including cash, keys, and the safe.
• Direct the guest service team to maintain sanitation and cleanliness at the front end and restrooms.
• Support execution of digital fulfillment orders with speed and accuracy.
• Engage guests with a friendly, helpful approach across the store.
• Assist in managing the department, inventories, and team to minimize product loss.
