The Fresh Market in Mandeville, LA is seeking a Guest Service Specialist to lead front-end operations, manage guest flow, and ensure seamless cash handling. You will model hospitality, contribute to displays, and uphold cash controls while delivering an exceptional guest experience.

Preferred candidates have 2+ years in retail or hospitality, strong detail orientation, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in retail, grocery, restaurant, or hospitality operations.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Be a visible example of hospitality and educate guests and team members on products and services.
• Manage frontend guest flow and assist cashiers to ensure smooth checkout.
• Uphold cash office procedures, including cash, keys, and the safe.
• Direct the guest service team to maintain sanitation and front-end cleanliness.
• Support digital fulfillment orders with speed, accuracy, and brand standards.
