Job summary

The Kimpton Cottonwood Hotel in Omaha, NE seeks a dynamic Front Desk Supervisor to lead our front desk team and deliver outstanding guest service. You will oversee check-in/out, guest requests, and coordination with other departments to ensure smooth operations and memorable stays.

You bring leadership, at least six months at a front desk, strong computer skills, and excellent communication. This role requires a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends, and offers growth within Davidson

Qualifications

• Prior cash handling experience is required.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
• Read, write and speak English fluently.
• Six months front desk experience.
• Strong computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise front desk operations, including check-in, check-out, and guest services
• Lead and motivate the front desk team to provide exceptional customer service
• Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and special requests in a professional and efficient manner
• Train and onboard new front desk staff members
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of guest reservations and billing information
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve guest issues and enhance guest experiences
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
• Monitor and maintain compliance with hotel policies and procedures
