Job summary

The Kimpton Cottonwood Hotel in Omaha seeks an experienced Executive Housekeeper to lead a luxury housekeeping team, ensuring pristine guest rooms and public spaces while upholding Kimpton standards.

You will recruit, coach, and develop talent, set high expectations, conduct inspections, manage budgets and schedules, and collaborate with Front Office, Engineering, F&B, and Sales to deliver seamless guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality or related field preferred or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of housekeeping management experience in a hotel or resort setting.
• Knowledge of housekeeping and laundry operations.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team management; bilingual English/Spanish preferred; attention to detail.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and hotel management software.
• Knowledge of inventories, scheduling, and productivity.
