Job summary

The Cottonwood Hotel, part of Davidson Hospitality Group, is seeking an enthusiastic Assistant Front Office Manager to help run the front desk operations at our Omaha property. This role focuses on evening coverage, ensuring guest satisfaction and smooth service while supporting the Front Office Manager and supervising front desk staff.

You will lead by example, handle guest inquiries, and maintain procedures consistent with our hospitality standards.

Qualifications

• 1+ year departmental management or supervisory experience in hotel front office.
• Ability to manage and lead each discipline of the department independently.
• Prior cash handling experience is necessary.
• Ability to communicate effectively with the public and other Team Members.
• Computer experience required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily front desk operations to ensure top service.
• Support Front Office Manager and serve as on-duty manager in the evening.
• Lead and supervise front desk staff to uphold policies and standards.
