The Cottonwood Hotel in Omaha, part of Davidson Hospitality Group, is seeking a Front Desk Supervisor to lead the front desk team and ensure outstanding guest service. You will manage check-in/out, guest requests, and reservation accuracy, while guiding a motivated team in a fast-paced environment.

This role requires strong communication, cash handling experience, and flexibility to work nights and weekends in a full-time on-site position at The Cottonwood in Omaha.

Qualifications

• Must have cash handling experience.
• High School diploma or GED.
• Excellent communication with the public and team members.
• Fluent in reading, writing and speaking English.

Responsibilities

• Supervise front desk operations including check-in/check-out and guest services.
• Lead and motivate the front desk team to deliver exceptional service.
• Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and special requests professionally.
• Train and onboard new front desk staff.
• Ensure accuracy of guest reservations and billing information.
