Canvas Hotel Dallas is seeking a Front Desk Agent to deliver warm welcomes, smooth check-ins, and memorable guest experiences. You’ll handle reservations, requests, and billing with precision, acting as the face of the hotel.

The role emphasizes strong communication, quick thinking, and multitasking across front desk duties. Prior hotel or hospitality experience is preferred; daily pay and comprehensive benefits are offered after the introductory period.

KEY SKILLS/RESPONSIBILITIES

• Guest Service Superstar: You bring the warm vibes and top-tier service that make guests feel right at home. Whether it’s a quick question or a big request, you’re all about making their stay unforgettable.
• Communication Champ: You know how to get the message across—clearly, confidently, and with a smile. Whether it’s chatting with guests or coordinating with the team, you keep things flowing smoothly.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

• High school diploma or equivalent; experience in a hotel or related field preferred.
• Familiarity with hotel management software and Microsoft Office suite.

Meeting rooms and banquet facilities are available for conferences and social events at the Canvas Hotel Dallas. A shuttle service is provided for destinations within a 1 miles radius of the hotel.
