Sonesta International Hotels in Bee Cave, TX is seeking a Front Desk Supervisor who will lead guest services and oversee daily front desk operations to ensure a seamless check-in/out experience. You’ll mentor the front desk team, handle inquiries, and coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to uphold service standards.

Ideal candidates bring at least 2 years of customer service experience, strong communication, and a collaborative leadership style.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service experience
• Leadership or supervisory experience in hotels or hospitality operations preferred
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of PMS and reservations systems preferred

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily Front Desk and guest service operations including check-in/check-out and lobby experience management.
• Supervise Front Desk Agents and guest service teams to deliver exceptional hospitality experiences.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, Engineering, F&B, and leadership teams to support seamless operations.
• Assist with onboarding, training, scheduling, and front desk communications.
• Handle cash handling, shift balancing, and operational reporting.
