Sonesta International Hotels is seeking a Night Auditor Supervisor in Bee Cave, TX. The role balances all hotel income and expenses for each 24-hour cycle and acts as a Guest Service Agent for the overnight shift.

You will liaison with Opera, SynXis, and system support to handle issues and ensure accurate nightly reporting. Key duties include auditing revenues, processing transactions, registering guests, and supporting daily and monthly reporting packs.

Qualifications

• Balances and audits hotel revenue and expenses for 24-hour periods.
• Acts as overnight Guest Service Agent at the front desk.
• Serves as hotel system liaison during night hours and opens tickets in Opera/SynXis.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Sonesta Service standards in all guest interactions.
• Balance and audit revenue streams and reports for accuracy.
• Process cash/credit transactions and prepare deposits.
• Register guests, issue keys, and assist guests with services.
• Support nightly management reporting and month-end packs.
• Coordinate with management to resolve accounting discrepancies.
• Uphold security and safety procedures during shift.
