Sincere Hospitality in Cedar Park, TX seeks a Front Desk Supervisor to oversee front desk operations, ensuring smooth check-in/out, and delivering an exceptional guest experience in line with brand standards. This role reports to the General Manager.

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, cash handling experience, and the ability to lead and train staff while maintaining accurate records and a focus on guest satisfaction.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
• Must be available to work morning and evening shifts.
• Must be available to work on weekends & holidays.

Mansioni

• Oversee front desk operations and ensure quality check-in/check-out.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and respond to feedback.
• Assign duties and train staff to align with hotel policies and safety standards.
• Provide guidance and support to team members; foster a positive work environment.
• Lead regular team meetings and communicate updates.
• Maintain accurate records including billing, deposits, and night audit reports.
