Othership is seeking a Part-time Front Desk Steward to warmly welcome journeyers, oversee check-ins, and guide the flow of guests through the space. You will support sauna guides and the cleaning team while representing the brand with mindfulness and care.

The role emphasizes customer service, revenue generation, and community building, with opportunities to engage in events and team activities. Evening and weekend shifts are required, compensation $18–$20 per hour depending on experience.

Formación

• Must be available to work 2-3 shifts per week; flexible schedule including early mornings, late nights, weekends and some holidays.
• Customer focused: Serving with empathy, kindness, patience and support.
• Proficient with Mariana Tek and Notion.
• Previous customer service, administrative and management experience required; fitness, wellness industry and sales experience preferred.
• Proven ability to drive revenue; strong time management, organizational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Being the face of Othership by embodying our core values through enthusiastic, empathetic, respectful, and kind interactions with journeyers.
• Manage reception desk, check-ins, and inquiries; support dissemination across teams.
• Oversee Mariana Tek bookings, attendance, memberships, and billing records.
• Maintain facility operations and ensure clean, organized spaces and smooth guest flow.
