Qualifikationen

• Experience as a hotel front desk agent or receptionist.
• Familiarity with hotel reservations software.
• Strong customer service mindset.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle guest information discreetly.

Aufgaben

• Perform all check-in and check-out tasks.
• Manage online and phone reservations.
• Inform customers about payment methods and verify credit card data.
• Register guests collecting necessary information (contact details, stay dates).
• Welcome guests upon arrival and assign rooms.
• Provide information about hotel, rooms, rates and amenities.
• Respond to client complaints professionally and promptly.
• Coordinate with housekeeping to ensure rooms are clean and ready.
• Confirm group reservations and arrange services for VIPs and events.
• Upsell facilities and services when appropriate.
• Maintain records of bookings and payments.
