Atrium Hospitality is seeking a part-time Front Desk Associate for the Embassy Suites Lincoln in Lincoln, NE. You will manage guest check-ins/outs with warmth, support and train front desk teammates, and resolve issues to ensure memorable stays.

Ideal candidates have customer service experience in hospitality, strong computer skills, and physical stamina to assist with front desk tasks and daily operations. This role is on-site and requires a friendly, professional demeanor.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is required.
• Experience in hospitality or leadership is preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Tech savvy enough to use hotel systems confidently.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for shifts.

Responsibilities

• Oversee front desk operations and be the go-to problem solver for guests and teammates.
• Handle guest check-ins and check-outs with warmth and accuracy.
• Support and train new front desk team members.
• Resolve guest issues quickly and professionally.
• Assist with event sheet distribution, business center support, and lobby readiness.
