Job summary

Lincoln Hotel Group is seeking a Hotel Front Desk Agent to serve as guests’ first point of contact and manage all aspects of their stay. The role includes checking in and out, handling reservations, and providing information about rooms, rates, and amenities. This position will cross-train as a Valet & Shuttle Driver to support guest movements.

The right candidate will have open availability, and is available for holidays. This is a part-time position and can range from 1 to 5 shifts per week.

Qualifications

• Prior experience as hotel front desk or receptionist.
• Experience with OPERA PMS reservations software.
• Familiar with Booking.com and TripAdvisor processes.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform all check-in and check-out tasks.
• Manage online and phone reservations.
• Inform customers about payment methods and verify their credit card data.
• Register guests collecting necessary information (like contact details and exact dates of their stay).
• Welcome guests upon their arrival and assign rooms.
• Provide information about our hotel, available rooms, rates and amenities.
• Respond to clients’ complaints in a timely and professional manner.
• Liaise with housekeeping to ensure rooms are clean, tidy and fully furnished.
• Confirm group reservations and arrange personalized services for VIPs and event attendees.
• Upsell additional facilities and services, when appropriate.
• Maintain updated records of bookings and payments.
