Job summary

AvantStay is seeking a Front Desk Associate in Austin to be the face of our brand and manage in-person guest check-ins at our market office. This full-time role includes handling deliveries, stocking supplies, documenting par levels of linens, and supporting local teams during peak times.

You’ll work primarily on-site, with a focus on flawless guest check-ins, inventory tasks, and collaboration with field teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in guest-facing hospitality roles is preferred.
• Ability to manage check-ins and guest needs with a focus on first impressions.
• Comfortable coordinating office tasks, deliveries, and supplies.
• Willingness to work weekends/evenings as part of full-time schedule.

Responsibilities

• Conduct live check-ins for arriving guests and represent the brand.
• Receive, organize and stock deliveries of housekeeping and operational supplies.
• Unpack and organize office and storeroom areas.
• Guide guests through the AvantStay experience and ensure a great first impression.
• Communicate updates on arrivals and requests with the field team.
• Use Salesforce to release instructions and close out live check-in cases.
• Assist with inventory duties and linen/consumables tracking.
• Maintain and organize gathering spaces and the surrounding area.
