AvantStay is seeking a Field Operations Agent in the Austin area to support daily operations across designated properties. You will audit properties, manage supplies, and respond quickly to guest or homeowner concerns to ensure a superior experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of hospitality or customer-facing experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; Salesforce experience a plus.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays with flexible scheduling.
• Must reside in designated area and have reliable transport.
• Regularly standing, walking, and driving to properties.

Responsibilities

• Report to local market leader and perform routine tasks.
• Inspect properties to ensure AvantStay standards.
• Maintain inventory and supplies for market properties.
• Respond promptly to guest/homeowner inquiries via multiple channels.
• Perform light housekeeping and routine maintenance tasks.
• Travel frequently to properties within the area.
• Oversee housekeeping dispatching when needed.
• Focus on onboarding new homes.
