Responsibilities

• Conduct live check-ins for arriving guests and be the first point of contact.
• Receive, organize and stock housekeeping and operational supplies.
• Assist with inventory and linen/consumables tracking.
• Maintain organized office and storeroom areas.
• Coordinate with field teams and relay guest arrival updates.
• Utilize Salesforce to log live check-ins and update cases.
