AvantStay is seeking a Front Desk Associate to be the face of our market office. You will manage in-person guest check-ins, handle deliveries, and support market operations while keeping a flawless guest experience.

The role is onsite in Austin, demands a proactive, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment and is willing to work weekends/evenings. Benefits include insurance, PTO, and complimentary stays.

Qualifications

• Guest-facing hospitality professional with a customer-first mindset.
• Experience with property management tech or related systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Willingness to work weekends/evenings in Austin.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Interest in real estate, hospitality, or tech.
• Ability to learn new software quickly.

Responsibilities

• Conduct live check-ins for arriving guests.
• Receive, organize and stock deliveries of supplies.
• Lift, move and organize the office and storeroom.
• Guide guests through the AvantStay experience and ensure a great first impression.
• Coordinate with field team on arrivals and requests.
• Use technology to release check-in instructions and close live check-in cases.
• Assist with inventory and linen/consumables tracking.
• Maintain and organize the office and surrounding spaces.
