Responsibilities

• Conduct live check-ins for arriving guests.
• Receive, organize and stock deliveries of supplies.
• Lift, move, and organize office and storeroom areas.
• Guide guests through the AvantStay experience.
• Maintain communication with the field team on arrivals and requests.
• Use Salesforce to close out Live Check-In cases.
• Assist with inventory and linen/consumables management.
• Keep gathering spaces tidy and organized.
