Hampton Inn Boston-Logan Airport is seeking a friendly Front Desk Agent / Night Auditor to welcome guests, manage reservations, and balance daily transactions. You will perform nightly audits, prepare reports, and ensure a smooth handoff to the next business day while delivering exceptional guest service.

The ideal candidate has front desk experience or willingness to be trained, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask during overnight shifts.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or front desk is preferred, but training will be provided.
• Night audit or cash-handling experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with hotel management systems (OnQ, Opera, FOSSE) is beneficial.

Responsabilités

• Welcome guests, manage reservations, assign rooms, and issue room keys.
• Handle check-ins, check-outs, guest requests, and inquiries professionally.
• Perform nightly audits, reconcile accounts, and verify daily financial transactions.
• Prepare nightly reports and ensure accurate records.
• Address guest concerns and resolve issues promptly and courteously.
• Maintain a clean, organized front desk area and support overnight operations.
