Caesars Entertainment in Black Hawk, CO seeks a Front Desk Agent to deliver exceptional guest service, manage check-ins/outs, reservations, and inquiries with professionalism. You will handle cash, assist with luggage, and support PBX operations while maintaining a welcoming lobby.

The role requires punctuality, the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays, and familiarity with CMS/LMS and Micros systems.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to read, write, and understand simple instructions.
• Strong verbal communication skills and basic math proficiency.
• Experience with reservation systems and front desk software.

Responsabilidades

• Provide superior guest service by greeting guests warmly and addressing inquiries.
• Register guests during check-in/check-out and collect payment and IDs securely.
• Balance payments, daily cash reports, and follow cash-handling procedures.
• Answer phones promptly and assist PBX with calls as needed.
• Maintain lobby cleanliness and assist with luggage handling when required.
• Record sundry sales in Micros and process payments with accuracy.
• Assist with reservations modifications and inventory management as needed.
• Perform night audit duties when assigned and prepare daily reports.
