Job summary

Monarch Casino Resort Spa Black Hawk is seeking a friendly Hotel Front Desk Agent to warmly welcome guests, check them in and out, and address inquiries in a fast-paced resort setting.

You will manage reservations, assist with special requests, and coordinate with other departments to ensure a memorable stay. Applicants should have a high school diploma, good communication, and be able to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma preferred.
• Previous hotel/resort experience preferred.
• Friendly, approachable and team-oriented.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to work well with others and alone.
• Must be able to work all shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Extend a warm and friendly welcome to all guests, both internal and external.
• Offer clear directions and guidance to guests as needed.
• Efficiently manage guest check-ins and check-outs.
• Process reservations and special requests.
• Program room keys and handle charges.
• Update guest accounts and process payments.
• Manage guest mail with care and accuracy.
• Address guest concerns and record feedback.
• Answer phone calls promptly and courteously.
