Job summary

Crescent Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Front Desk Agent for a full-time role in Quincy, MA. You will greet guests, check them in and out, handle inquiries, and coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure a seamless stay.

The ideal candidate has prior front desk or guest service experience in a fast-paced hotel environment, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask while staying calm under pressure. Marriott/FSPMS experience is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Previous hotel Front Desk or guest service experience in a high-volume environment is required.
• Confident communicator who enjoys meeting people and solving problems.
• Able to manage multiple priorities and stay organized during busy periods.
• Marriott and/or FSPMS experience is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and register guests and manage check-ins/check-outs.
• Respond to guest questions and requests and resolve concerns.
• Connect guests with the right departments, services and solutions.
• Maintain welcoming, efficient and professional interactions throughout shifts.
