CBRE’s Experience Services is seeking an Experience Coordinator in Atlanta to shape how the workplace feels for everyone who walks through the door. You own the front-of-house: greetings, visitor management, event logistics, mail and supply coordination, and maintenance dispatch, ensuring smooth daily operations.

You will greet and support visitors and employees, keep events running on time, and address building issues before they are noticed.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors, manage front-of-house and security protocols to ensure guests feel welcome and safe.
• Coordinate mail services, office supplies, and employee onboarding so new joiners have what they need on day one.
• Organize on-site events, space reservations, setup/teardown, and coordinate with vendors to maintain service levels.
