CBRE’s Experience by Industrious team seeks an Experience Coordinator to manage front-of-house operations, greet guests, and ensure a welcoming, secure environment. You’ll handle visitor management, mail and supply coordination, and event logistics on a day-to-day basis.

At CBRE, you’ll support workplace experiences with a focus on guest satisfaction, quick issue resolution, and smooth coordination among vendors and staff, contributing to a premium office environment.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of experience in customer service, hospitality, or a workplace environment.
• Comfortable with standard workplace and collaboration tools (email, documents, spreadsheets, and scheduling).
• Strong preference for experience in a corporate, hotel, or premium service environment.

Aufgaben

• Greet visitors, manage front-of-house, and ensure security protocols are followed.
• Answer phones professionally and handle inquiries with professional solutions.
• Coordinate janitorial and maintenance work orders to completion.
• Coordinate mail, supplies, and onboarding for new joiners.
• Coordinate with vendors to maintain service levels.
• Organize on-site events including space reservations and setup.
