Job summary

CBRE Experience Services is seeking an Experience Coordinator to shape daily workplace experiences. You’ll own the front-of-house, greet visitors and employees, issue passes, and ensure a welcoming, secure environment at a high-performing site.

You will coordinate events, mail, supplies, onboarding, and vendor interactions, keeping operations running smoothly and guests and colleagues well taken care of every day.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in customer service, hospitality, or workplace environment.
• Comfort with standard workplace tools (email, documents, spreadsheets, scheduling).
• Experience in corporate, hotel, or premium service settings preferred.
• HS Diploma or GED or equivalent experience required.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors, manage front desk, and enforce security protocols to create a welcoming, secure site.
• Coordinate mail, supplies, and onboarding so new joiners have what they need on day one.
• Organize on-site events, space reservations, setup/teardown, and vendor coordination.
