CBRE, Inc. is seeking an Experience Coordinator to shape how the workplace feels for everyone who walks through the door. You’ll own the front-of-house, greet visitors, issue passes, manage security protocols, and ensure a welcoming, secure environment every day.

You will coordinate events, space reservations, mail services, onboarding for new joiners, and engage vendors to keep services at agreed levels, while keeping operations running smoothly and attendees focused on their experience.

Aufgaben

• Front-of-House & Visitors: Greet everyone, issue passes, enforce security protocols, answer phones, handle inquiries and complaints professionally.
• Workplace Services & Vendors: Manage janitorial/maintenance work orders, coordinate mail/services, onboarding for new joiners, liaise with vendors to maintain service levels.
• Events & Activities: Organize on-site events, space reservations, setup/teardown, manage supplies, arrange recreational and business activities.
