Ocean Casino Resort is seeking a Front Desk Representative to be the first point of contact for guests, handling all stages of their stay with a focus on accuracy and guest satisfaction.

The role requires cash handling experience, clear communication in English, and the ability to work flexible shifts, including holidays and weekends. You'll be part of a fast-paced casino-hotel environment with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
• Prior cash handling and customer service experience is preferred.
• Computer experience including LMS & ACSC is desired.
• Ability to effectively communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to established procedures and policies at all times.
• Foster a cooperative and harmonious work environment.
• Provide prompt, courteous, and efficient service to guests.
• Register guests into the hotel and handle checkout, including processing payments.
• Maintain cash bank securely and prepare daily deposits.
• Assist with luggage arrangements as per hotel procedures.
• Process guest checkouts and settle charges per hotel procedures.
• Check rooms and verify reservations.
• Answer guest inquiries about services, rates, schedules and restaurants.
• Inform guests about property amenities and events.
• Keep front desk area clean, organized and stocked.
