Job summary

Palms Casino Resort is seeking a professional Front Desk Agent to greet guests, check them in and out, handle reservations, and provide information and services to enhance their stay.

You will resolve guest issues, process payments, issue keys, and coordinate with other departments to ensure inventory and guest satisfaction.

This role requires strong communication, a polished appearance, and experience in a first-class hotel setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two to three years of customer service or reception experience preferred.
• At least two years of front desk experience in a similar first-class hotel preferred.
• Effective communication with guests, team members, and management.
• Ability to operate computerized front office system.
• Ability to handle payments and reservations.

Responsibilities

• Check guests in and out and issue keys.
• Assist with reservations and guest requests.
• Post charges and process payments.
• Prepare and distribute reports (room status, VIP reports).
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment and handle guest complaints.
