Job summary

Ocean Casino Resort's Exhale Spa is seeking an outgoing, hospitality-focused Guest Experience Associate to deliver exceptional service while supporting spa operations, memberships, and retail revenue. You will welcome guests, answer phones, schedule appointments (Mindbody), process transactions, upsell services and memberships, maintain a clean front desk, and resolve guest concerns.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality, spa, fitness, or retail preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and provide an outstanding spa and fitness experience.
• Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage reservations using Mindbody.
• Process transactions accurately, including cash handling, credit card payments, memberships, and gift cards.
• Utilize InfoGenesis POS systems for retail and service transactions.
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities by recommending services, memberships, packages, and retail products.
• Support membership sales, renewals, and guest retention efforts.
• Maintain a clean, organized front desk and retail boutique area.
• Resolve guest concerns professionally and efficiently.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Experience with Mindbody and InfoGenesis preferred.
• Cash handling and payment processing experience.
• Proven ability to drive sales through consultative recommendations and guest engagement.
• Strong computer proficiency and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Hospitality, spa, fitness, hotel, or retail experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
