Ocean Casino Resort in Atlantic City is seeking a Casino Host to deliver outstanding guest services, actively promote the Loyalty Card, and engage guests on the casino floor and during special events.

The role requires strong interpersonal and sales skills, with experience in casino guest services and hosting. Flexible shifts, holidays and weekends are expected, with comprehensive benefits offered.

Qualifications

• One year of casino guest service experience.
• One year of hosting experience with customer following preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Promote Loyalty Card and explain benefits to prospective members.
• Actively pursue new Loyalty Card prospects.
• Be visible on the casino floor to meet guests during visits and events.
• Meet customer needs and provide outstanding guest service.
• Assist casino management with conflict resolution.
• Support Loyalty Card Center and Special Events as needed.
