Job summary

SSA Group is seeking a Food Service Supervisor to lead daily operations across outlets, ensuring warm guest experiences and efficient service. You will manage staffing, prep, and quality standards while coaching team members and maintaining safety and sanitation.

The role requires strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Expected to work varied hours, including nights and weekends, in multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver warm, welcoming experiences for guests and clients.
• Ensure locations are stocked, prepped, and staffed for daily operation.
• Oversee zone operations for quick service, safety, quality, and merchandising.
• Assist in daily prep, item lists, and delegation to staff.
• Coach and assign duties, monitor guest interactions.
• Respond promptly to guest feedback and maintain standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of storage and back dock spaces.
