Job summary

SSA Group is seeking a Food Service Associate to support daily restaurant operations and guest service. You will assist with front-of-house and line prep, ensuring safety, quality, and cleanliness across shifts.

The ideal candidate is a team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to work in a fast-paced environment, and available for varied hours including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Live out 452 Hospitality by delivering warm, welcoming experiences for every guest and client.
• Supports restaurant prep (FOH and line) for daily operation.
• Keeps up with safety, quality, availability, and guest service standards.
• Maintains cleanliness and proper sanitation in work areas.
• Responds to guest feedback and reports issues to supervision.
• Communicates issues to Restaurant Supervisor and/or Food Operations Manager.
